The Cave Dwelling Group of the 18th Army was built in 1951, and it was the garrison of the 18th Army and brother troops when they rushed to repair Ganzi Airport. The cave dwellings are backed by the foot of Buronglang Mountain and built along the mountain. There are more than 1,000 existing cave dwellings. On the top of the cave dwelling group is the cemetery of nine female martyrs of the 18th Army, where the nine female heroes are buried here. Together with the cave dwelling group, it shows a period of history of Ganzi County after its peaceful liberation. The current cave dwelling group has been listed as a county-level key red tourist attraction and a county-level patriotic education base. Thousands of teachers, students, cadres and the masses go here every year to carry out patriotic education.
