Among the pottery pieces, the shapes of pottery can be identified as extravagant Japanese ring-footed bowls, extravagant Japanese jars, and pots with hollow handles, etc. The pottery is decorated with net pattern, string pattern, short line pattern, circle pattern, dot pattern, herringbone pattern, and cross pattern wait.
The pottery unearthed from the Neolithic site in Changguogou has different characteristics from the pottery unearthed from the Karuo site in Qamdo and the Qugong site in Lhasa. It is likely to be a newly discovered primitive cultural type in cultural sites on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.
