The Toutun River is the boundary between Tingzhou Green Valley Ecological Park and Toutun River Forest Park. Urumqi is called Toutun River Forest Park, and Changji is called Tingzhou Green Valley Ecological Park. The core of Tingzhou Green Valley Ecological Park is the Changji Cultural Park centered on the Xinjiang Grand Theater. In addition, there are five theme parks including the Industrial Heritage Park, the Urban Celebration Park, the Urban Sports Park and the Natural Ecological Restoration Park. The park has a total length of 13.3 kilometers and a total area of 9.1 square kilometers. It is also a place for Internet celebrities in Changji. The park is still being improved.
