China Rites and Music City, also known as "Zhoucheng", is a theme park with Zhou culture as its core element. The Zhouli Cultural Theme Park in Liyue City covers an area of 600 mu, with the lake as the center. The eight-tone corridor takes the chime bells of the Zhou Dynasty as the main element. It is the first landscape pedestrian street in China expressed in the shape of musical instruments, and it is also the only music-themed corridor in the world. Whenever night falls and the lights come on, the eight-tone corridor will play long ancient music, and the beautiful melody will linger over the city, refreshing.

Stepping into the Zhouli Avenue of the Chinese Ritual and Music City, twenty-four elephants with different shapes that can spray water and mist come face to face. It symbolizes auspiciousness and wishfulness. It tells the Taiji culture of "Taiji gives birth to two appearances, two appearances give birth to four images, and four images give birth to gossip". It also represents the traditional 24 solar terms of the Chinese nation, implying that Baoji, a hot land, has four seasons of the year.
