The National Garden of China is based on the history and culture of the Sui and Tang Dynasties, with peony culture as the main content, integrating history, culture, peony culture and garden landscape. From west to east, the park is divided into six scenic spots: West Gate Scenic Area, Peony Cultural Area, Peony Historical and Cultural Area, Historical Cultural Area, Dongdaemen Scenic Area, and Production Management Area. More than 300 varieties of peonies, more than 200,000 plants, trees and shrubs are planted. And more than 100 varieties of various plants, more than 2 million plants.

In the National Garden, there is a "Flower God" with a height of more than two meters, which is more than 100 years old. The plant shape is peculiar and beautiful, with 26 main branches evenly distributed radially upwards from the bottom, as if supported by an invisible hand, with a crown width of 3 meters. There are 99 large and small flowers on the "Flower God", which have beautiful meanings such as "Nine Nine Return to One" and "Everlasting".

The Luoyang Jinshi Character Museum is also located in the National Garden of China. It is a special museum of characters, mainly engaged in the collection, protection, research, display and exchange of cultural relics of characters. In the museum, the characters of the Han, Wei, and Jin periods are displayed in the form of objects, materials, and graphic explanations. More than 5,000 cultural relics and specimens of characters are exhibited, covering different periods of Chinese civilization and different historical regions. A database of brush and ink articles and calligraphy art.
