Wucai Pond is located in the southern section of Zechawa Valley. It is the most beautiful pool in Jiuzhaigou, and it is not frozen in all seasons. It is famous for its beautiful, colorful, pure and transparent. Because the water is rich in calcium carbonate, the light and shadow of the lake are mottled. When there is sunshine, it is a good time to shoot. Different colors will appear in different positions and angles.
The water of Wucai Pond comes from the high Changhai Sea. There are aquatic plant communities such as Spirogyra, charophyta, and fern growing in the water, as well as herbaceous plants such as reeds, knotweed, and water wicks. These plants contain different shades of chlorophyll, and in the lake water rich in calcium carbonate, they show different colors, making the upper half of the colorful pool appear blue, the lower half orange red, the left is sky blue, and the right is blue. Olive green and colorful. The water in Wucai Pool is clear and transparent. Through the water surface, you can clearly see the texture of the rocks at the bottom of the pool. Under the sunlight, it shines with colorful light.
