The Great Compassion Temple is located in Hebei District, Tianjin. The Zen Temple was first built in the late Ming and early Qing Dynasties, with a long history and a large scale. The temple is full of incense, and it is a place favored by locals for worshiping Buddha. The commercial atmosphere here is not heavy, and there are no various fees and charges, giving people a pure and quiet atmosphere.


The Dabei Temple is small in size, with a simple and elegant layout, and there are many historical sites and cultural relics, which is very simple. There are also Master Xuanzang Memorial Hall and Master Hongyi Memorial Hall in the temple. The main gate of the temple is located on the south side, which is divided into east and west courtyards, including the Daxiong Hall, the Great Compassion Hall, the Ksitigarbha Hall, the Memorial Hall of Master Xuanzang, the Memorial Hall of Master Hongyi, and the Lecture Hall. After entering the temple, visit on foot, usually about 2 hours.

Among the buildings in the east courtyard, the Daxiong Hall is very spectacular in scale. Hundreds of statues of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas from Wei, Jin to Ming and Qing Dynasties are enshrined in the hall, all of which are very precious. This devout worship.
