Dalong Temple is the ancestral temple of the Dalong Kagyu Sect. It was founded by Dalong Tangba Tashihua in 1180 AD (the seventh year of Chunxi in the Southern Song Dynasty) to spread the Kagyu teachings. "Weizang Daochang Shengjizhi" records: "The number of Buddhist holy relics in Xiangda Longtang Temple is too numerous to count. Among them, there are statues of gods who once opened their mouths in the hut of Master Dalungtangpa. There is a statue of Master Zhong Dunba on the upper floor of the hall, and the hair on the statue is still growing, so there are so many strange things that are hard to count." The Buddha statue was built in the new hall under the mountain. If you have been in all of them, you will be able to remember the stone skulls of Dalong Temple very vividly. The temple has gone through wind and rain, and it looks a bit withered. The stone skulls on the wall, the stone-carved chessboard on the wall, and the murals painted about thirteen centuries ago , all belong to the Dalong Temple hidden in a small town in the mountains. A high-saturation sunlight slantly shines on the yellow wall of the temple, and the glory of the past still shines on today. When people are on the road, they feel desolate instantly, and occasionally understand the joys and sorrows of the world.
