Daxiangshan Temple is located in Miaowan Town, 45 kilometers northwest of Yaozhou District, Tongchuan, Shaanxi. Because the mountain temple is located in the mountain sun, in spring and summer, the mountain flowers are blooming and the fragrance is overflowing, so it is named so. Daxiangshan Temple has a long history. It is one of the three major temples in Shaanxi Province and one of the earliest Buddhist holy places in China. It was first built in Fu Qin Dynasty, and became a Buddhist holy place in the Southern and Northern Dynasties and Sui and Tang Dynasties.
