Jingcheng Dihai Hot Spring Resort Center is located in the east section of Ruili Avenue, the main road in Ruili City, next to the beautiful Ruili River, and across the river from Muse City, a port city on the northern road of Myanmar. It officially started construction in 2007 and was listed as one of the major tourism development projects in Yunnan Province in 2009.
