Dzongsar Temple is a remote and famous temple located in Maisu.
Dzongsar Temple was built in 746 BC. It was a Bon religion temple earlier, and then experienced changes of various sects, and now belongs to the Sakya sect. Dzongsar Temple carried out the famous Limei Movement after two eminent monks assembled classics of different sects of Buddhism.
