Eluanbi Park is located at the southern tip of Taiwan. Due to the strong sunlight and clear sea water along the coast, it is suitable for the growth of reef-building corals. It rises through the uplift of the earth's crust and is eroded by waves, rainwater, and strong winds. A strange landscape of jagged peaks and caves.

The trails in the park are criss-crossed, just like being in a maze. There are also scenic spots such as Hero Stone, Canghai Pavilion, Youyi Village, Qiurong, Yougu, Yingbin Pavilion, etc., which are fascinating everywhere. Looking north from the park, you can see the blue sky and blue sea, green trees and white sand, jagged rocks, and platform peaks, etc. In addition, there are standing Qiongma flower shafts interspersed among them, forming a magnificent and colorful picture of mountains and seas. In addition, every September (before and after Bailu in the lunar calendar), a large number of red-tailed shrikes from Siberia and mainland China pass through the border. The spectacular scene is worth watching.

The most famous one in the park is the Eluanbi Lighthouse. An armed lighthouse with a history of more than 100 years, Guangli is known as the "Light of East Asia". The beautiful pure white body of the pagoda, set against the blue sky and green grass, is particularly pleasing to the eye. In addition, there are "Taiwan Eight Scenic Spots" commemorative steles beside the tower for tourists to take pictures. On the northwest side of the Eluanbi Lighthouse, some scholars have discovered the prehistoric site of the pre-pottery culture 5,000 years ago, which is also worth seeing.
