Fengqing Park

Fengqing Park, formerly known as Xijiao Park, was rebuilt on the site of the old Xi'an airport. What the park builds is a royal garden integrating modern ecological landscape and historical and cultural landscape, with imitation of Tang Dynasty architecture as its main style. The entire park includes 9 scenic spots including plum and bamboo ink fragrance, Jiagui acacia, Youhuang Yayun, Can Jin Jifang, Xianghu inviting the moon, frosty maple and autumn, green pines and green trees, cherry blossoms and plums in spring, Huaiyin Hanbi and so on. The main waterscapes and architectural landscapes include: Golden Lake, Museum of Art, Art Gallery, Yixin Pavilion, etc.

During the Anti-Japanese War, it was used as a temporary airport. After liberation, it was officially built as Xi'an Airport. In the 1990s, it was moved to Dizhang Town, Xianyang because it was too close to the main city. A free public leisure park, namely Fengqing Park, will be built on the original site of the farm. Stroll around Fengqing Park after tea and dinner, feed the fish, row a boat, or take a slow turn around the lake. It is relaxing and comfortable, and it is a good place to relax.
