". Nanlaoquan, the constant temperature of the spring water is kept at around 17.5°C all year round. The unique Changshengping in the water is still emerald green like jade in nine cold days. The Nanlao Spring has irrigated thousands of hectares of fertile fields near Jinci from generation to generation, creating a rich scene of "thousands of families irrigated rice, and fields all over the south of the Yangtze River". Because the spring water contains a variety of minerals, the water temperature is constant, and the water quality is excellent, so Jinci cultivated by Jinshui The rice is crystal clear, full of grains, tastes mellow and has endless aftertaste. It is as famous as the rice in Tianjin Xiaozhan. Although the Nanlaoquan Pavilion is not big, there are many plaques with famous couplets, including calligraphy and painting in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties. The "Difficult Old" written by Jia Fushan is famous for its plaque, which is vigorously refined and full of charm. It is known as the "magic pen" and is one of the three famous plaques of Jinci Temple.
