Fuyin Temple, also known as "North Temple" by the locals, is located in Murengaole Sumu (Township), Alxa Left Banner, in the middle of Helan Mountain. Ngawang Dandel is a local Buddhist master who once went to Tibet to study Buddhist scriptures in Drepung Monastery. He is an influential historical celebrity in Alxa Banner for 300 years. Fuyin Temple is a large temple second only to Guangzong Temple (South Temple) in Alxa League. There are 15 large and small temples in the whole temple. These temples and other buildings are distributed in the surrounding mountainsides and ravines. It is very spectacular from a distance. There is a white pagoda at the west end of the main temple, about 10 meters high, facing each other far away. This white tower is the place where Awang Dandel lived. The monument and inscriptions of Awang Dandel are displayed in the white tower, and believers who admire the master often come here to worship. In addition to being a local Buddhist resort, Fuyin Temple also has charming natural scenery around the temple. The hills around the temple are undulating, the air is fresh, and there are green pines and cypresses everywhere. Not far away is Helan Mountain and the virgin forest (nature reserve) in the mountain. Tourists who are interested in mountaineering can go to the forest of Helan Mountain (inner Mongolia part of Helan Mountain) after visiting Fuyin Temple.
