Gaduojuewo is composed of 28 surrounding peaks. The main peak is as high as 5395 meters above sea level. The main peak is snow-covered all the year round, and it is majestic and magnificent. In the Buddhist classic "Kanjuer", it is recorded that Gaduojuewo Shenshan's merits and virtues related to enlightenment and Buddhahood. During the Tubo period, Tubo Zanpu worshiped this mountain as one of the main holy mountains in Tibetan areas. Therefore, Gaduojuewo has a strong religious color and has become a famous mountain through the ages.
Due to the conscious protection of the local people, Gaduojuewo Mountain has never been damaged or polluted by human beings, and the ecology remains in its original state. The ravines and mountainsides of Gazajuewo have dense and lush shrubs, inhabiting rare animals such as white-lipped deer, red deer, Tibetan antelope, blue sheep, snow leopard, lynx, black-necked crane, snow chicken and musk deer. There are also precious plants on the plateau such as snow lotus, rhodiola, fritillaria, and cordyceps. Every year, there is an endless stream of religious believers from all over the Tibetan area to make a pilgrimage here.
