The temple is located in Dongdajie Road, Dongguan Street, Xining City, Qinghai Province, with a total area of 11,940 square meters and a chapel area of 1,102 square meters. It was built in the Hongwu period of the Ming Dynasty. There are many white arches on the outside, one green and one white roof and two tall minarets.
