Aba Gemo Temple is located next to the Ajiu Road in Tangmai Village, Gemo Township, in the northwest of Aba County, Sichuan Province. It is also known as Huiyuan Temple. one of the temple.
Gemo Temple was built in the 56th year of Qianlong (1790) by Chodeqing, the Dachibagong of Labrang Temple, according to the intention of the second Jiamu Xiangda. The original name is Faxiang Temple, more than 200 years ago. Gemo Temple is built on a large grass dam with exquisite and luxurious architecture. Next to Gemo Temple is the Gemo Temple Xianmi Lecture and Seminary.
