Medog Good Day Lotus Square is a construction project aided by Guangdong Province. The square is small in size. There is an archway at the entrance with the words "Good Day Lotus Square" written on it. The ground of the square is paved with lotus patterns in stone. There is no charge for the plaza and it is completely open. There is also a stone tablet on the square, which records the history of the square.
The inscription is as follows: Lotus Plaza was built in 2003, and it is the third batch of Tibet-aid projects in Guangdong Province. Due to the rapid economic and social development of our county, the original square has been unable to meet the growing cultural and leisure needs of the people. Thanks to the efforts of the 5th batch of Medog Tibet aid working group, China National Tobacco Corporation Shenzhen Branch and Shenzhen Tobacco Industry Co., Ltd. generously donated money to expand and renovate the square. The Medog County Party Committee and County Government named the square "Good Days" Lotus square.
