Dabangen Forest is located in Jiajiaoli, Sanxia Township, with the Three Gorges as the base point, connecting with Shimen, Daxi, Cihu and other tourist attractions. It is the only rainforest bangen area in northern Taiwan. The hot rainforest landscape with an area of 20 hectares and the forest sea towering into the clouds are breathtaking. The rich forest resources have unique grades and values, and there are many kinds of plants with buttresses, such as dried fig, astringent fig, jiuding fig, and big leaf nan. Under the dense shade of trees, there are also fast-growing vines, which cling to the trunks to survive, which makes people admire the wonders of nature.
