The Avalokitesvara Lotus Garden is also commonly known as the Avalokitesvara Statue by local residents. It is one of the works in the Sino-Portuguese Friendship Memorial Series. It is located on the artificial island opposite Sun Yat-sen Avenida. Guanyin Lotus Garden was cast by Chenguang Group Company, and then 47 pieces were embedded in the current site.

The lotus seat of Guanyin Lotus Garden is divided into two floors. The first floor is the viewing room, and there is a reception and souvenir sales department, selling books, picture albums and souvenirs published by the Cultural Affairs Bureau; the lower floor is a multi-functional exhibition hall and a small library; The library has a multimedia resource center with two computers providing Internet access. There are more than 600 volumes of various religious books, including books in multiple languages, as well as other CDs, audio tapes and video tapes related to religious culture.
