Guanyutai, formerly known as Guanyu Pavilion, was built in 1987 and was renamed "Guanyutai" after reconstruction in 2009. Guanyutai is located on Luotuofeng on the west bank of Kanas Lake, with a height difference of more than 660 meters from the lake. Because this is the place to observe the water monster in Kanas Lake, it is named "Guanyu Pavilion".

The fish viewing platform is 19 meters high and has a total weight of 777 tons. The structure is two platforms and one pavilion, which can accommodate more than a hundred people to watch the scenery at the same time. The top is in the shape of a hemisphere, with four symmetrical shapes similar to wings, which symbolize the tail of the lake monster and the wings of the eagle.

At the same time, it is also the only good place where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Kanas. Here, you can have a bird's-eye view of Kanas Lake, and three-quarters of the lake can be seen in the panoramic view; If you look north, the water of Kanas Lake winding up from south to north is blocked by mountains, and you can clearly see the peak of Altai Mountain - Friendship Peak in the mountains.

The round-trip fare was 120 yuan. It takes 15 minutes by car to arrive. You have to climb 1068 steps along the plank road to climb up the Guanyutai overlooking Kanas Lake.
