In order to provide visitors with a safe and comfortable environment in the park, please follow the following safety tips:

1. According to relevant laws and regulations and the guidance of government departments, all tourists and their luggage must go through security checks before entering the park. Please follow the staff's guidance for security inspection procedures. All personal carry-on bags are subject to inspection and all visitors are required to pass through metal detectors;

2. The following items are not allowed to be brought into the park (including but not limited to): Inflammable and explosive items (such as firecrackers), weapons, imitation weapons or toy guns (including toy blasters, water guns, etc.);

alcoholic beverages;

Foods that need to be heated, reheated, processed, refrigerated or kept warm (such as instant noodles that need to be eaten with heated water, foods with self-heating functions, and whole watermelons that need to be cut with a knife, etc.) and foods with pungent odors (such as Durian, etc.);

Canned or glass containers (except small baby canned food); Bags, containers or luggage with dimensions exceeding 56cm X 36cm X 23cm;

Trolleys and transport tools with wheels (wheelchairs, electric assisted mobility equipment for the disabled with no less than three wheels and a speed of no more than 16 kilometers per hour), except baby carriages with a size of no more than 92 cm X 132 cm; play equipment with pulleys , such as roller skates and shoes with pulleys, skateboards, scooters;

Photographic equipment, camera equipment, floor tripods, stabilizers and related tools that may interfere with the operation of the park and any supporting facilities; animals (except guide dogs). Guide dogs must be on a leash at all times and under the supervision of their owners; 

Items prohibited by relevant laws and other dangerous or destructive items.

3. Do not engage in the following activities: without our permission, sell, exchange items or services, or display any items or services for sale or exchange purposes,

Including, but not limited to, guided tours or photography services of any kind, distribution, display of print or recordings of any kind, or use of any flags, banners or signs, for gatherings, themed events, performances or presentations.

Photography, video recording or audio recording, except for personal use and non-commercial purposes.

Engage in any interview without prior permission, including but not limited to photography, video recording, audio recording, interviewing tourists or cast members. Feed the animals in the park, including the birds.

Fly kites and operate remote-controlled devices such as drones and remote-controlled toys.

Any dangerous behavior or behavior that may hinder the operation of the park and any supporting facilities.

Any violation of the laws of the People's Republic of China.

【Reservation Notes】

1. In order to ensure safety, minors under 1.5 meters, disabled persons, and elderly people over 60 years old (including) need to be accompanied by at least one adult tourist when entering the park. An adult can only accompany one child or one old man.

2. Tickets are anonymous and cannot be reported as lost, please keep them properly. If visitors are unable to enter the park due to leakage or loss of the ticket collection code, or defacement of the paper ticket, they need to purchase another ticket to enter the park.

3. When entering the park, we may take your photo as one of the identity verification of the ticket holder. Please keep your ticket during the whole play and cooperate with the park staff to show the ticket when they ask for inspection.

4. Do not feed food or other items to the animals in the museum, and do not disturb the animals, so as not to frighten the animals.

5. Part of the amusement equipment in the park has play restrictions, pregnant women, heart disease, low blood pressure, drinkers, back and cervical discomfort, recent surgery, mental illness, epilepsy, headache, dizziness, motion sickness, seasickness and Visitors with reduced mobility are not allowed to ride.

6. Due to the park's carrying capacity, maintenance plan, bad weather, special events, safety or order reasons, the operating hours or the opening of the projects in the park will be adjusted accordingly. The specific situation is subject to the actual announcement in the park on the day of the visit.

7. Tourists’ personal sales are prohibited in the park, and please do not bring excess items into the park.

8. Photography and video for commercial purposes in the park need to be approved by the relevant departments of the park. All commercial video materials must bear the LOGO logo of Guilin Sunac International Tourism Resort. 9. Please purchase tickets at the official ticket office of the park, and do not ask Selling tickets or buying tickets from persons not authorized by the park. Unauthorized acquisition of tickets will not be used as a ticket to enter the park.
