The Haiyuan Mosque has been rebuilt and expanded many times. The style adopts the combination of Chinese palace style and Arabic architectural art. The moon-watching platform, the scripture hall and the main hall are all paved with 3 cm thick pine boards. There are three main rooms (five purlins), six east and west wing rooms, five aisle study rooms, three shower rooms, and storage rooms in the Erdaoyuan. There are five rooms and one toilet, a total of 24 rooms, 360 square meters, with a total construction area of about 1470 square meters.
The protruding corners on the four sides of the scripture hall and the main hall, the front eaves of the rolling shed, and all the doors and windows are composed of carefully carved patterns. The upper eaves of the doors and windows are decorated with gold-lettered "Quran" verses in relief, which is very solemn and solemn. The tall arched door opening is made of bricks, and there is a three-story wooden Xuanli building on it, which is 8 meters high. The whole building is grand and solemn. spectacular. Around the temple, there are 14 towering elm trees of the same age as the temple, with a diameter of about 4 meters, which adds to the grandeur of the temple.
