The Changling Mausoleum of Emperor Gaozu of the Han Dynasty is located in the south of Yiwei Village, Zhengyang Town, Weicheng District, Xianyang City. It is the tomb of Liu Bang, Emperor Gao of the Western Han Dynasty. Most of the meritorious relatives such as father and son were buried in Changling.

The tomb of Emperor Gaozu of the Han Dynasty faces south from the north, facing the ever-flowing Wei River in the south, and resting on the majestic Jiuyi Mountain in the north. The bottom of the tomb is 153 meters long from east to west, 135 meters wide from north to south, and 32.8 meters high. The Changling Mausoleum was built in imitation of Chang'an City, the capital of the Western Han Dynasty, with luxurious sleeping halls and private halls inside. In the dormitory, the "clothes and crowns of the Emperor Gaozu of the Han Dynasty" are displayed, serving exactly as the emperor did when he was alive.

Liu Bang's tomb is in the west of the cemetery. It is shaped like a bucket and is made of rammed earth. The tombstone in front of the mausoleum was erected by Bi Yuan, the governor of Shaanxi during the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty, with the words "Changling Mausoleum of Emperor Gaozu of the Han Dynasty" written on it. More than 200 meters to the east of Changling is the joint burial mausoleum of Empress Lu.

To the north of the cemetery is Changling Town, which is roughly rectangular in shape. The city wall is made of rammed earth, and it is the place where the people who serve the cemetery live. Liu Bang migrated his surname and the family of his relatives to Lingyi, which has a registered permanent residence of more than 50,000. Half tiles with double animal patterns of trees and a large number of tile accumulations, water pipes, production tools, etc. have been found here.
