The Hancheng Museum is located in the Confucian Temple, Dongying Temple and Chenghuang Temple in the eastern part of the ancient city of Hancheng City, Shaanxi Province. The basic exhibitions completed at the beginning mainly include the first and second exhibition rooms with the exhibition of ancient handicrafts and the history of Hancheng local chronicles, the "Stone Carving and Stone Carving Exhibition Room", and the "Hancheng Celebrity Anecdotes Exhibition Room". The area of ​​the exhibition room is 1,000 square meters meters, displaying more than 740 pieces of various cultural relics. These cultural relics more comprehensively reflect the long development history of Hancheng, a famous historical and cultural city, rich cultural relics and historic sites, ancient folk customs with unique local characteristics, and profound cultural connotations. At the same time, it fully embodies the fine cultural tradition that has cultivated many outstanding figures represented by the world cultural celebrity Sima Qian. In addition to the basic display, a temporary showroom with an area of ​​450 square meters has also been opened.
