Located about 1 km north of Wuzhuang Village, Hehui Town, Yongnian County, north of Handan City, it is also known as Loushan Stone Carvings and is one of the earliest stone carvings of the Western Han Dynasty in Hebei. The stone inscriptions record the scene of Zhao Wangsui, the grandson of Liu Bang, Emperor Gaozu of the Han Dynasty, and his ministers drinking and coping with each other in Zhushan.
