Heili Ningba Scenic Spot is located in Xiahe County, Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture. There is a viewing platform here. People stand on the viewing platform, and there are large expanses of flowers, as well as grass fields, with a panoramic view of the beautiful scenery. There is a statue of an elephant, monkey, rabbit, and bird at the height of the scenic spot, surrounded by green hills, like a rural painting.
