Furong Garden is located on the west side of Huaqing Pool Scenic Area, on the former site of Tang Huaqing Palace, and is an important part of the five major cultural scenic spots of Huaqing Pool. With Furong Lake as the center, it reaches Huaqing Pool West Gate Square in the north, Changsheng Hall in the south, Jiuqu Corridor in the east, and Tianbao Garden of Huaqing Yutang Hotel in the west. In addition to Furong Lake, the "Longevity Palace" where Tang Xuanzong and Yang Guifei made the "Qixi Oath", the Hot Spring Goddess Pavilion, Debao Building, Guolao Medicine Hall, and Yumingxuan are all in the Furong Garden Scenic Area.

The Furong Garden is based on the love story between Emperor Xuanzong of Tang Dynasty and Concubine Yang Guifei, and was built on the basis of their deeds in Huaqing Palace. The park gathers all kinds of sketches expressing love culture, and the green vegetation maintains the style and appearance of the palace garden in the prosperous Tang Dynasty, and complements and complements the Tang Dynasty relics scattered all over Huaqing Pool.
