Miaoren Valley is the campsite of the Miao people's uprising during the Qianlong and Jiaqing periods of the Qing Dynasty. It is located in Shanjiang Town, Fenghuang County, Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture, Hunan Province, 16 kilometers away from the ancient city of Fenghuang. Miaoren Valley has beautiful natural scenery. The narrow and long valley hides caves in the valley, and hides the valley in the cave. It is like a maze, better than a fairyland. In the valley, there are brilliant mountain flowers all the year round, a hundred birds contending, gurgling streams, winding canyons, magnificent caves piercing the mountains, and magnificent Feitian waterfalls. Being in the canyon, you can personally feel the shock when the earth's crust was torn apart 10,000 years ago. The Miaoren Valley is rich in ethnic customs. Miaoren Valley not only preserves the ancient and later Miao villages of Fenghuang, but also retains the primitive and simple customs of the Miao people in Fenghuang. The bright and eye-catching Miao costumes, the unique bar wine, the unique style of card drums, bar songs, and sidelines, the traditional festival "April 8" dances with the moon and flowers and the "June 6" duet of folk songs, the scene is grand. Warm and poetic, all of them reflect the singing and dancing skills and enthusiasm of the Miao people. The expelling corpses, releasing Gu and falling into the cave, which are listed as the three major mysteries in western Hunan, have covered Miaoren Valley with a veil of mystery.
