Legend has it that when Princess Wencheng and her party came to Nachi Terrace at the foot of Kunlun Mountain, the people and animals in Shangao Luyao were exhausted, so they had to rest on the spot. At this time, it was discovered that there was no water nearby, and humans and animals had to hold back their thirst for the night. When people woke up the next morning, they found that there was a crystal clear spring water in the place where the Buddha statue was placed. The legend is beautiful and moving, but the mountain spring has indeed raised the people of Kunlun Mountains.
