Huashiya is located in Longdong Township, Qingshui County. It is located in the lower reaches of the Gouhe River between Longdong Tuzhai Village, 28 kilometers southeast of the county seat, in the middle section of Panlong Mountain on the north bank of the Weihe River, and on the south slope of the branch peak in the northwest, with an altitude of 1823 meters. Here, there are many peaks and ridges, shaded by green cypresses, clear springs and flowing water, spring flowers and autumn fruits, colorful, so it is called Wanzi Mountain, and because of the cliffs and colorful patterns of rocks, it is also known as Huashiya.

Huashiya has a long history. According to legend, there were temples built before the Tang Dynasty. In the third year of Jianlong in the Northern Song Dynasty (AD 976), the Ertai Jade Emperor Hall was rebuilt, with a high plaque. There are two existing Ming and Qing grottoes, painted sculptures, murals and a plaque inscribed on Bingwu, the year of Yongzheng.

According to the terrain, Huashiya is divided into "East Cliff" and "West Cliff", with "Phoenix Head" on the top, "Sanchakou" on the bottom, and "Sanxiantai" in the middle. , there is a stone cave on the cliff, named "Huangmulang Cave", the entrance of the cave is about three meters, the terrain is dangerous, and the cave's depth is unpredictable. The west cliff stands thousands of feet tall, which is weird. There is a pale yellow block on the huge rock on the cliff, which is smooth and bright. When night falls and the moon rises in the east, its stones are shining like a bright moon hanging in the sky, hence the name "Moon Cliff".

The cliff at the north end is raised, and the domed stone is shaped like a phoenix head. Looking at the surrounding fields, it looks like a young phoenix facing the sky and looking at the Weishui River in the distance, so it is named "Phoenix Head". The east and west canyons at the foot of the mountain are full of flying currents and pleasant surroundings. Three streams converge, hence the name "Sanchakou". All buildings are built one by one according to the mountain situation, and can be roughly divided into four parts: Mozhen Hall, Dadianyuan, Yuhuangding, and Leiyinya. There are two Sui Dynasty statues in Mozhen Hall, both of which are works of Ming and Qing Dynasties.
