Huilong Pavilion used to be the former site of Huilong Temple in the Ming Dynasty. Later, the temple fell into disrepair and was gradually destroyed, so this Huilong Pavilion was built. It is an excellent place to enjoy the panoramic view of Aoki River, and it can be called the highest point landmark of Aoki River.
