With a construction area of 1,732 square meters, it is a demonstration base for youth patriotism education in Hebei Province, a patriotism education base in Hengshui City, and an education base for ideological and moral construction of minors in Hengshui City.

The painting world in the exhibition is mainly divided into four major schools, namely the Beijing School, the Hebei School, the Lu School and the Guangdong School. The style of inner paintings of the Ji School can be summarized as follows: deep conception, rigorous composition, rich line drawing techniques, harmonious and refined color schemes, rich calligraphy and painting, and admiration for both refined and popular tastes.
