Jiaxiu Tower is a must-see attraction for tourists who come to Guiyang. The night view here is also very beautiful. The Cuiwei Garden, which was also built in the Ming Dynasty next to the building, can also be visited together.

Jiaxiulou Scenic Area is mainly divided into three parts, namely Fuyu Bridge, Jiaxiulou and Cuiwei Garden. Jiaxiu Tower was built in the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty, and its name means "Kejia Tingxiu". This wooden building is 22.9 meters high and has three floors. The top floor is inscribed with the words "Jiaxiu Tower". Visitors can climb up to overlook the scenery along the Nanming River. This couplet summarizes the geographical situation and historical changes of the mountain city of Guiyang.
