Jiaju Tibetan Village is located in Danba County, Ganzi Prefecture, about 8 kilometers away from the county seat. It is a residential village with Jiarong Tibetan characteristics.

"Jiaju" means hundreds of families in Tibetan. As the name suggests, on the hillside with a relative height difference of nearly one thousand meters, Tibetan-style buildings are scattered among the green trees, dotted with green trees, lined with curling cooking smoke, clusters of The peach blossoms look quiet and unique. Generally, each household in the village has a first floor, and the village buildings face south and are all wood and stone structures. The wooden frame parts and eaves are all red, and the walls are painted white or primary and white alternately. Every year on the eve of the Spring Festival, the hosts will use the local "white mud" as the main raw material to carefully paint and dye the walls of the village buildings in accordance with traditional customs, so that the entire Tibetan village is covered with pure white costumes.

When visiting the Tibetan village, it is very spectacular to see the panorama on the hillside opposite the village. After entering the Tibetan village, you can only see scattered Tibetan-style buildings. Most of the buildings are 3 or 4-story buildings. The lower floor houses livestock, and there are Guozhuang rooms, living rooms, scripture halls and family blockhouses on the upper floors. Some buildings also have balconies. The sun, moon, stars and religious patterns are painted on the white walls, which are beautiful and magnificent.

If you want to enter a local villager's home for a "home visit", you usually have to give the owner a two-yuan ticket, but it is not fixed, and the owner may not charge it when he is in a good mood. Do not enter the Sutra hall rashly. When you meet a hospitable host, you will be invited to drink butter tea and eat tsampa to feel the enthusiasm of the collectors.
