On November 4, 1931, Ma Zhanshan organized and led the Jiangqiao Anti-Japanese War. The Jiangqiao blocking battle lasted for half a month, which was extremely tragic.

Now the Jiangqiao Anti-Japanese War site has a memorial park and a memorial hall, which have become a patriotic education base and a red tourist attraction. There are Jiangqiao Station, Anti-Japanese War Road, Shili Guanjiang Avenue, Guanjiang Terrace, Anti-Japanese War Site Park Square, Guanjiang Pavilion and other buildings.
