Jiaozi Snow Mountain is located in the north of Kunming City. The main peak is 4223 meters above sea level. It is a mountain covered with snow in winter. The natural landscape here is unique. In winter, it is also a paradise for many donkey friends to hike mountains and ice climb.

It takes at least one day to visit all the scenic spots of Jiaozi Snow Mountain, and it takes at least half a day for a rough viewing, so many tourists will choose to start from Kunming, stay at Zhuanlong Town at the foot of Jiaozi Snow Mountain for one night, and go to the scenic spot early the next morning .

Tickets for the scenic spot include tickets for the internal section. After arriving at the scenic spot, you need to take a section of the section bus to reach Xiapingzi at an altitude of 3,500 meters. It is recommended to transfer to the cableway in the scenic area to Daheijing at 3850 meters. The physical strength and time consumption of the whole mountain climbing are too large. It takes about 3 hours to climb from Daheijing to the top of the mountain. The top of the mountain is called Jiaoziding. It is open and magnificent in summer, and you can enjoy the snow scenery in winter. After visiting the top of the mountain, you can go back the same way, take the cableway or walk down the mountain.

Every spring, there will be a large area of ​​rhododendrons blooming in Jiaozi Snow Mountain, which is very beautiful. Rhododendrons are generally concentrated on the mountainside, and you don’t need to go to the top of the mountain to see them.
