Jieyou Princess Lavender Garden is located in Huocheng County, Yili Prefecture. In the garden, there are not only lavender fields with a wide view, but also colorful flower fields composed of various flowers and romantic sculptures in the fields. It is a good place to photograph flower fields nearby.
The gate of the park is located on the west side, next to National Highway 218. As soon as you enter the gate, you will see the museum. Behind the museum are colorful flower fields, variety gardens, grass workshops and a large purple lavender field behind the scenic spot. The depth of the play area is about 200 meters. After visiting the museum, take pictures in the flower fields and in the grass workshop Just visit the essential oil production process, and the general play time is about 2-3 hours.
The colorful flower field is the main ornamental area in the garden, located in the center of the garden, every year from June to July is the viewing period, and there are no flowers in other seasons, you can only visit the museum when you come to the scenic spot. A variety of colorful flowers are planted in the flower field according to the shape of strips, and the flowers of different colors are scattered one by one, which is very beautiful. In the flower field, decorations such as scarecrows, flower doors, windmills, and sculptures are also set up, making the whole scene very romantic and suitable for photography.
Behind the east side of the colorful flower field is a large area of purple lavender field, which is also one of the best places to shoot lavender in Huocheng. From June to July every year, patches of lavender bloom, like a purple ocean, which can be enjoyed to the fullest.
In addition to viewing flowers, visiting the lavender museum and essential oil factory in the scenic area is also the main activity. The museum is at the gate of the scenic spot and is the main building in the park. There are displays of the planting, utilization and processing of lavender in the museum, as well as a variety of lavender specimens. Some exhibition halls are fragrant and feel very good. There are several occasional explanations in the museum every day, and you can better understand the knowledge about lavender based on the explanations.
In addition, there are essential oil workshops, distillation furnaces, lavender gardens, apricot gardens and other small factories and gardens in the park. You can simply visit them and observe the production process of essential oils.
