The main venue is located at the Jingdian main pumping station next to Wufoyan Temple, including the desert rainbow project Construction projects such as Jingdian Engineering Museum and other construction projects mainly rely on some water conservancy facilities construction projects of Jingdian Engineering, and at the same time, around the surrounding mountain and river resources, form sightseeing cultural and entertainment projects such as mountaineering expeditions, riverside landscapes, and ecological forest belts.
On November 18, 2016, the Desert Rainbow Project of Wufo Temple Theme Park in Jingdian Water Conservancy Scenic Area was completed. At the same time, the foundation of the museum was officially laid. ; Jingdian Museum covers a total planning area of 5523.75 square meters, with a green area of 2360.26 square meters. The museum integrates functions such as collection, exhibition, science popularization, publicity, education, research, communication and leisure. The core exhibition hall is divided into three parts: Regional Culture Exhibition Area, Drought Resisting Culture Exhibition Area, and Jingdian Culture Exhibition Area, and is divided into six chapters: History, Entrepreneurship, Development, Achievement, Technology, and Characters, forming a large-scale Relying on the project landscape, integrating the rich eco-cultural tourism resources in the surrounding areas along the project, and building an eco-tourism corridor integrating landscape tour, cultural entertainment, ecological leisure and other functions.
