Hengshui Jingxian Relic Pagoda, formerly known as "Sakyamuni Relic Pagoda", is located in the former "Kaifu Temple" in the northwest corner of Jingxian City, that is, the northwest corner of Jingxian County Government Office (now Jingxian Middle School), Hebei Province. It is a national key cultural relic protection unit.

The tower was built in the third year of Yuanfeng in the Northern Song Dynasty (1080). It has a brick pavilion-style double-sleeve structure, thirteen floors on eight sides, a bottom side length of 6.31 meters, and a tower height of 63.85 meters. There are 4 door openings on each floor, and brick-carved blind windows on the other four sides. The body of the pagoda is made of clear water bricks, five pavements are placed under the eaves of the pagoda as bucket arches, and the upper bearings are stacked and the eaves protrude. The Tasha is composed of a brick Yanglian base, a phase wheel and a gourd. There are Buddhist scriptures, Buddha statues, gold, silver and jewelry in the stupa of Kaifu Temple.

The thousand-year-old pagoda is prepared for wind and rain. After Qi Sui was rebuilt, Song, Jin, Ming and Qing were all repaired, and the existing pagoda is in the Song Dynasty style. After the founding of the People's Republic of China, there were four repairs. During maintenance in the spring of 1973, 3 sets of woodblock Buddhist scriptures of the Ming Dynasty and 1 horizontal Nirvana Buddha statue of Sakyamuni were taken out of the copper gourd on the top of the pagoda.

The relic pagoda is tall and straight. The exquisite architecture has been highly appreciated by tourists of all ages, and most of them have come to write poems.
