Jingxiu Park was originally a nursery, built in 1958, and then it was continuously rebuilt into "Workers' Park". On May 1, 1988, it was officially named "Jingxiu Park", which means competing with Langfeng Peak.

The park is a cultural and leisure park that focuses on plant landscaping, combines ancient city culture with garden architecture, and integrates science and art. There are nine functional areas in the park, including children's activity area, water scenic area, and plant science area, with reasonable layout and novel conception. In September 1999, it was included in the art of "Chinese Famous Gardens".
