Jingzhen Bajiao Pavilion is located 14 kilometers west of Jinghong, on Jingzhen Mountain in Menghai County. The pavilion is named after the mountain and is one of the important cultural relics in Xishuangbanna. It was built in 1701 AD.

The octagonal pavilion is a brick and wood structure, octagonal in shape, with 31 inclined surfaces, inlaid with colored glass, and printed various flowers with gold and silver powder. The eight corners of the pavilion are carved with golden roosters and colorful carvings of exotic plants and flowers. On the top of the pavilion is a canopy of lotus flowers and a wind chime, and the breeze passes by, making a pleasant sound.

On the top of the mountain about two miles north of the Bajiao Pavilion, there is a towering pagoda, facing the Bajiao Pavilion far away. Between Jingzhen Buddhist Temple and Bajiao Pavilion, there is a huge ancient tree with a tall and straight trunk that can only be embraced by several people, embellishing the beautiful scenery of Bajiao Pavilion.
