Jiuhuang Mountain (located in Beichuan County, Qiang Autonomous County. It was officially opened to the public on July 5, 2010.
Jiuhuang Mountain is 68 kilometers away from Mianyang, 170 kilometers away from Chengdu, and 230 kilometers away from Jiuzhaigou. The east line of the Nine Ring Road passes through the gate of the scenic spot. The scenic spot has natural wonders such as alpine caves, cliff scenery, and virgin forests. The ecological resources are rich and diverse. The scenery is picturesque all year round. You can enjoy tens of thousands of acres of magnolia flowers in spring, cool green daisies in summer, colorful maple leaf forests in autumn, and snow scenery in winter. The cultural attractions focus on the Western Qiang culture, retaining the characteristic architecture and crafts of the Qiang nationality, and reproducing the characteristic food culture and folk life of the Qiang nationality.
