Jiuquan Western Han Scenic Site, also known as Jiuquan Park and Quanhu Park, is a landmark scenic spot in Jiuquan City. Legend has it that General Huo Qubing, a general of the Han Dynasty, received a jug of wine from the emperor after his victory. The general poured the wine into the spring and drank it with the soldiers. Therefore, the spring was named Jiuquan, which is also the origin of the name of Jiuquan City today. When most tourists come to Jiuquan city, they will visit here.

Jiuquan Western Han Scenic Spot Scenic Area is a complete Han-style garden. It is not only a well-known scenic spot, but also a place where local citizens often come for walks and morning exercises because of its elegant environment. The garden is said to be funded by General Zuo Zongtang. There are lakes, rockeries, pavilions, etc. in Chinese gardens. Many trees are planted inside, and the environment is very beautiful.
