Judong is located in the middle of Congjiang County. It is backed by the vast green mountains and its feet reach the surging Liujiang River. National Highway 321 extends like an oolong between the foothills on the opposite bank. More than 200 Dong villages are built on the mountain, which is a very beautiful Dong village by the Duliu River. The entire stockade is scattered on the hillside across the river, like a fan.
Because Judong has to rely on ferry to enter or leave the village, every family has a small wooden boat. On festive days, they tied several small boats together, covered them with planks, and turned them into a floating stage. Singers in costumes sit on it playing pipa and singing Dong songs.
