Kaiyuan Temple Pagoda is located in Binxian County, Xianyang City, also known as Binxian Pagoda, Bin Pagoda, and Leifeng Pagoda. Kaiyuan Temple Pagoda was built in the fifth year of Huangyou in the Northern Song Dynasty (1053). It is an octagonal seven-story pavilion-style brick pagoda with a height of 47.84 meters. There are two north and south gates on the ground floor, and there are 4 arched door openings on each floor above the second floor, which alternate with rectangular false doors, and the upper and lower positions are staggered layer by layer. A 170-level corner staircase is installed in the tower, paved with wooden boards, which can spiral up to the top of the tower and enjoy the scenery of the county and the river.
There is a fountain on Kaiyuan Square where the Kaiyuan Temple Pagoda is located, equipped with colorful lights, and the scenery is very beautiful at night. In addition, there are two statues of Bin County celebrities, Fan Zhongyan and Zhang Shunmin, on the east and west sides of the square.
