The Friendship Hall is located in Karamay, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. It is a Soviet-style building that was built in 1958. After renovation, it was put into use again in 1991. There are a total of 810 seats in the museum, mainly composed of the front hall, the left and right corridors, the audience hall and the stage. The side push-pull folding door is connected. On December 8, 1994, Karamay City Education Bureau organized a total of 796 students, teachers and relevant leaders from 7 middle schools and 8 primary schools in the city to welcome 25 officials from the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Education Commission's "two basics" assessment and acceptance team to Karamay The City Friendship Hall Theater held a special theatrical performance. In 2010, the Friendship Hall became a cultural relic protection unit in Karamay City.

After the fire in 1994, the government demolished the rest of the Friendship Hall, leaving only the foyer. The whole body is white, which gives people an inexplicable sense of depression.
