Karma Temple has far-reaching influence in history, unique architecture, and numerous cultural relics and historic sites. It is a well-known ancient temple in Kham. The main hall of Karma Temple is in the form of a single eaves Xieshan, the roof is covered with glazed tiles, the center of the eaves is a lion-claw-shaped cornice designed and built by Tibetan craftsmen, the left is a dragon-beard cornice built by Han craftsmen, and the right is an elephant trunk built by red-scarf Western craftsmen. type cornices.
There is a 17-meter-high Maitreya Buddha in the main hall, which is the largest clay Buddha statue preserved in Qamdo area. The willow tree brought by the second Karma Pakshi from the inland is still deeply rooted and leafy, and the stupas of the eminent monk Dusumqinpa and others are also intact. The long live banner ribbons, silk and other embroideries presented by envoys of the Ming Dynasty to Karma Temple, nearly a hundred handed down thangkas, and many cultural relics such as Buddha statues, pottery, relics of eminent monks, Beiye scriptures, and porcelain have been well preserved.
