Jinsuo Island is located in Haidong Town, Dali City, Erhai Lake District, with a length of about 2,000 meters, an average of about 370 meters, and a total area of 740,000 square meters. With a sea wave of 76.6 meters, it is the most prestigious and largest island among the three islands of the Erhai Lake.
